OHA Bedtime Stories – Herman Ecker’s Flying Boat

Our Memorial Day Weekend edition of Bedtime Stories tells the history of aviation pioneer, Herman Ecker, whose flying boat thrilled passengers as they flew over CNY’s waterways in the early 1900s. The “Ecker” was nearly lost, but today resides in one of America’s favorite museums. Narrated by Rear Admiral John J. Paddock, U.S. Navy (Retired) and Co-Founder of CNY Honor Flight.
