The Brewseum at Heritage Hill

The Brewseum is open now! Come visit this unique new historical destination in Pompey, a result of the exciting new collaboration involving the Onondaga Historical Association (OHA) and the Heritage Hill Brewhouse.

The Brewseum at Heritage Hill is a museum developed by OHA, showcasing our community’s fascinating brewery history. The Brewseum features photos, historic advertisements, and rare items that harken back to our pre-Prohibition era breweries, as well as a new retail shop offering a selection of local brewery related merchandise.

Located on Sweet Road at the beautiful Palladino Farm in Pompey, NY, Heritage Hill Brewhouse is an authentic farm brewery and restaurant set in the middle of an active crop and livestock farm in the rolling hills of Pompey. With its active brewery, beautiful location overlooking 8 counties, and reputation as an award-winning producer of IPAS, sours, lagers, pilsners, ciders and seltzers, Heritage Hill is the perfect place to host this record of the region’s brewing history.

Our Grand Opening event for the Brewseum was a lively celebration, taking place on Wednesday, November 17th. Thank you to everyone who made this event a party to remember! See images from the event here.
