Take a Midweek Walk Through History

Join Curator of History Robert Searing for a guided downtown tour this spring and summer. Enjoy fresh air while learning fascinating stories about Syracuse’s past.

Every other Wednesday starting April 29, tours depart from the OHA Museum, 321 Montgomery Street, at 12:00 p.m. Each tour lasts 45–60 minutes, making it the perfect lunch break activity!

This year’s tours:

Footsteps in Freedom – Explore abolition, historic architecture, and the people who shaped Syracuse. Discover hidden stories of the city’s fight for freedom.

The Heart of Syracuse – Stroll through downtown and revisit historic businesses, buildings, and landmarks. Learn about the railroad that once ran through the streets and the city’s vibrant commercial life.

Tickets: $20 per person, $15 for members. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today.
