Tina Hill Thomas is a member of the Onondaga Nation, Eel Clan. She has been working in the restaurant and hospitality industry for nearly 30 years and as an independent caterer since 2010, specializing in preparing traditional Haudenosaunee foods. As the Cultural Center Attendant, Tina brings her knowledge and passion for Indigenous foods, agriculture, medicines, and culture to the Skä•noñh–Great Law of Peace Center.
