Join former Onondaga Historical Association Curator of History, Dennis Connors, for a presentation on his latest book, The Gilded Age on Syracuse’s James Street at the Onondaga Free Library on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 6 p.m.
Using photographs and archival materials from OHA’s collection, Connors will delve into the history of the grand mansions that once lined James Street and the influential residents who shaped Syracuse’s political, cultural, and industrial life during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
