Relationships & Revolutions: The Evolution of American Democracy

In celebration of the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States, Relationships & Revolutions: The Evolution of American Democracy explores the ongoing story of democracy in America. Located at 321 Montgomery Street, the exhibition traces how ideas of rights, representation, and civic responsibility have developed over the past two and a half centuries. Through key historical moments and influential individuals, visitors will examine the changing relationship between citizens and their government—and reflect on how democracy continues to evolve.

This exhibit is included in the museum admission price of $5 per person (free for children 12 & under and OHA Members).
